Our Story

The agency began as C. J. Smith & Associates, founded by Chuck Smith, representing quality manufacturers across Indiana for decades.

In time, C. J. Smith & Associates was rebranded as Arrow Sales Inc. When Chuck retired, longtime representative Brad Wood took over the agency, carrying its tradition forward.

Brad Wood, Owner

Brad got his start in the industry in 1986 at Treaty Company. In 1992 he moved into manufacturer’s representation at Ashworth Train, followed by a brief one-year chapter with MMI.

He then joined Chuck Smith at C. J. Smith & Associates, representing quality lines across Indiana for two decades. When the agency was rebranded as Arrow Sales Inc, Brad continued at its head.
