The agency began as C. J. Smith & Associates, founded by Chuck Smith, representing quality manufacturers across Indiana for decades.
In time, C. J. Smith & Associates was rebranded as Arrow Sales Inc. When Chuck retired, longtime representative Brad Wood took over the agency, carrying on its tradition and the relationships built over decades in the trade.
When you work with Arrow Sales, you are dealing with a name you can trust, backed by experience that long predates the brand on the door.
Brad got his start in the industry in 1986 at Treaty Company. In 1992 he moved into manufacturer's representation at Ashworth Train, followed by a brief one-year chapter with MMI.
He then joined Chuck Smith at C. J. Smith & Associates, representing quality lines across Indiana for two decades. When the agency was rebranded as Arrow Sales Inc and Chuck retired, Brad took over, carrying the business and its relationships forward.
